Here find yummy recipes! We pretty much only eat meat (beef and chicken, occasionally lamb or goat if we can find it cheap enough), vegetables, and fruit. We also use plenty of real butter, heavy cream, milk (both coconut and cow), and eggs. We like curry. My favorite curry is Saag. Alex’s is Butter Chicken. You will find no recipes containing wheat, soy, iodine, grains, fat-free or low-fat ingredients, oats (which I’m pretty sure falls under grains), etc. No soda, no HFCS, no MSG, no aspartame, no stevia, no Nutrasweet, nada. We do not eat processed foods. I cook daily. And it’s yum-delicious.
